Designer Reveal

Hello Scrappers..

I hope you are enjoying our celebration so far. Stick around and check back often as we have a great deal more inspiration coming your way. Feel free to click on our download up in the left hand corner there, and you will know exactly when our reveals are and when we have our Sponsor Giveaways.

Today i am bringing you a sketch designed by Karan Gerber and our Guest Designer is one of our very own design team members.

Sarah Buck

Sarah has been a part of our Design Team here at Sketchabilities for two terms now. She is a very dedicated and enthusiastic team member.

A little about me…I am married, with no kids of the human variety – just a fur baby Bengal cat named Hunter.

I also have some very spoiled nieces and nephews! I manage a financial planning business, and in my spare time I love to scrap, watch dvds & play guitar.

My husband Dean & I are obsessed with travelling, and have been lucky enough to have some amazing trips the past few years. I have been scrapbooking for a number of years and am blessed to have met so many wonderful friends through this hobby!

I have been lucky enough to have been published in the Kaiser Q2 2009 Magazine and have served on a number of Design Teams in the past, both in permanent positions and as a guest designer. I love to participate in scrapbooking forums and blog challenges.

My scrapbooking style seems to be constantly evolving, but lately I have settled in to and fallen in love with a "minimalist style" - clean lines, lots of white space, free of clutter, simplistic, and often with some doodling.

I feel comfortable with using a huge range of products and whatever is thrown at me. My favourite brands include Cosmo Cricket, Kaiser, Prima & Basic Grey. I also love to use ink and distressing to grunge things up a little when it’s called for.

Thank you to Sketchabilities for allowing me to be a Guest Designer. I hope you enjoy creating with this sketch as much as I did.
